What we need to know when you call.
- Total water loss in ages over a 24-hour period.
- Has the water leak to a point of which it has stopped.
- Does the water loss change with the equipment on or off.
- Is there an attached spa.
- Has the pool been pressure tested.
- How old is the pool.
Getting ready for the diver.
What you need to do prior to our arrival…
- Pool must be filled and water level maintained.
- Water must be clear and bottom vacuumed.
- Gate unlocked if no one will be home.
- If you have matching material left over from the installation of your pool… Leave near the steps for the diver.
