What we need to know when you call.

  • Total water loss in ages over a 24-hour period.
  • Has the water leak to a point of which it has stopped.
  • Does the water loss change with the equipment on or off.
  • Is there an attached spa.
  • Has the pool been pressure tested.
  • How old is the pool.

Getting ready for the diver.

What you need to do prior to our arrival…

  • Pool must be filled and water level maintained.
  • Water must be clear and bottom vacuumed.
  • Gate unlocked if no one will be home.
  • If you have matching material left over from the installation of your pool… Leave near the steps for the diver.
